Ok, so about a week ago I moved to the Philippines..
So far...

1. (NY) Fish = special treat.........(Phil) Fish = everyday survival if you don't want to go hungry
2. (NY) "Got it?" (and for those video game fans out there--"Got it memorized? and/or Commit it to memory?" quoted from Axel)......(Phil) "Gets?"
3. (NY) MySpace and/or Facebook account = a must have.....(Phil) Friendster = social life
4. (NY) "Let's go to Applebee's/McDonalds/Chinese/pizza!".....(Phil) "Do you want siomai?"
5. (NY) balut = coolest and yummiest exotic food ever (Ok, not really..but I still know a lot of people who eat it).....(Phil) balut = you must be completely insane and disgusting to eat it
6. (NY) the mile-run test = pure evil of exhaustion......(Phil) C.A.T. = EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIL TO THE TENTH POWERED SQUARE TIMES SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY FORTY PLUS NINE BILLION POINT FIVE!!
7. (NY) anime = "What the hell is that?"..........(Phil) anime = it's so common that even the teachers know what it is
8. (Ny) semi-embarrassing moments = everyone snickering......(Phil) semi-embarrassing moments: "UUUUUUUYYYY!"
9. (NY) multilingual = "Yo no hablo espanol."................(Phil) "I'm getting a nosebleed!"
10. (NY) the term 'gay' = "You're so gay/That's so gay/etc." (the most inappropriate thing to say).....(Phil) the term 'gay' = "You're 'a' gay" (even the teachers use it!)
11. (NY) ethnic communities = pride/support the different nations!!.....(Phil) ethnic communities = filipinofilipinofilipinofilpino with the random tourists/Korean, Japanese, Chinese communities in their own little secluded corner 
12. (NY) not going to college = WHATTHEFUCKAREYOUDOING!?......(Phil) not going to college = not attending school is pretty common


Ok, I think there's more...but I'm too lazy to think of them..so I'll update later...(see, Ate? I update on here too. xD)

Looks like the Little Mermaid is gonna be a trilogy [The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning]~ apparently the third movie is coming out August 2008 on DVD [wah..it better be sold in the Philippines -tear-]. This one's gonna be about Ariel's life BEFORE The Little Mermaid [don't you think this 3rd one should've been before the first one? Ah..I dunno]. Ariel looks exactly like her mother [shocking, isn't it] and the whole Triton despising humans because his wife died was kinda expected [though I don't understand why he banned music from the kingdom]. Seeing Sebastian with his "musically rebellious" side was pretty cool [and the 'OMGOMGOMG' expression that Ariel and Sebastian share, that is if anyone can remember how shocked that little crustacean was when he saw the princess's collection of human 'thingamabobs'].
It looks like it'll be a pretty good movie. =]

I've run out of ideas since I blog on Myspace..so here's a little argument I had with my buddy RJ about who's the better singer(s) :D :

    Today was totally awesome! I got to hang out with a bunch of friends & we went to the movies [despite how the beautiful Kung-fu Panda was sold out -tear tear-]. In the end, Ate-V, Ko, & Raven couldn't go 'cuz they had to leave early..but as for Nutmeg, Ginger, & I, we go to see Zohan [YAY FOR HUMMUS!!] It was very very amusing. I'll probably beg my parents to get it on bootleg later for Ate-V and Ko to watch :D.

     AAAAAAAAAH!!11oneone Ginger's keyboard is so awesome [on her comp right now]. It's so...so..CLEAN...&..I don't have issues with pressing down the bottons like I do with my dirty keyboard. D;

     Erm...yea, that's just about it for today.
     
     Oh, & it seems that certain people [like 'lil bro & his "bestest buddy EVER"] were there -cries-. Luckily, we didn't bump into them..though I kinda wish I did 'cuz I just wanted to see a certain someone's reaction -cough-.
